Located on the south-west coast of the island, The Mardavall Resort is an exceptional location for any wedding. Views onto the sea are dotted with numerous seafaring vessels, relaxing in the September sun. Beautiful and blissful. So the morning preparations of both Melinda and Martin enjoyed such tranquility. The peace was wonderful. I must say that it's uncommon to see two people so relaxed on the morning of their nuptials. Therefore it was a welcome experience. Very welcome.
The ceremony itself was an outdoor experience. One which had the perfect hot Spanish sun with a cool breeze to make it pleasant. Like with many of our destination weddings, it was great to see a friend conduct the ceremony. This personal touch always makes the occasion that extra bit special. It helped that he was a delight on the mic.
Along for this awesome adventure was Julie Kim photographing the day. Julie was a delight to be around and her images are so wonderful. And we can't wait to work alongside her again. A special mention must also go to Funk City Band who blew the roof off the evening with their awesome party! The result is exactly what a wedding on Mallorca should be like.
