Lake District Wedding Videographer
Being a lake district wedding videographer takes careful consideration. Firstly you have to understand that you are surrounded by natural beauty. Secondly, your sat nav lies to you. Being to the lakes a few times we knew this and followed logic to reach our destination – in the end.
Located within the beautiful area of Ambleside, Nishani and Philip brought with them their friends and family to enjoy a spectacular day. Their wedding in the Lake District brought about a fusion (as we seem to be the fusion wedding specialists atm) of English and Asian cultures. Having their lake district wedding video at Belmount Hall allowed space on their grounds for a marquee decked out with a Bedouin/Moroccan style interior. It was very warm in there, but really really cool to see. We were also treated to a little dance by Nish’s sister to add to the awesome factor. Nish and Philip really planned every detail of their wedding down to the fine details without overwhelming the day. These cute kids have a tenderness about them which makes you smile when around them.
Along to capture those little freeze frame moments was the truly lovely Dominique Bader, and for once we had someone able to beat me at the ‘where is your accent from’ question competition of the day. Oh, did we mention that she is really lovely and talented? It was wonderful to capture all the pretty on display, and we have to thank Raishma and Tracey at Serenity Co for providing Nish and her bridesmaids with such exquisite dresses.
With all Asian weddings we cover, the food takes pride of place. We have to mention that the caterers for Nish and Philip’s wedding were one of the best we have come across. Payal really deserve this special mention as not only was the food excellent, but they were really calm and accommodating.
Anyway, enough blather. More visual motion imagery (aka: here is their film)
