Glenapp Castle Wedding Video
I love weddings in Scotland. I especially love winter weddings in Scottish castles. As you can imagine, having the opportunity to create a Glenapp Castle wedding video during winter was right up our street.
Story of the Day
We filmed Sabina and Fraser’s winter wedding at Glenapp Castle in Scotland last year. It was one of those brisk winter days just on the verge of frost. Driving up to the castle in the morning brought the wonderful sight of the Ayrshire countryside all the way to Glenapp. Speaking of which, Glenapp is a luxury castle hotel which holds a fantastic view of Ailsa Craig in the distance. This is one of the main reasons Sabina and Fraser chose to get married there. In the morning I ventured there to have a look around the beautiful castle and grounds. As a winter wedding venue in Scotland, it had all you could ever need for your perfect wedding day.
Scottish Wedding Videography
This wedding was filmed solo by Aaron. However, he was joined by his equally non-Scottish wedding supplier in Paul Rogers. It was wonderful to see Paul again and you can view his Glenapp wedding photos over here.
After a wonderful ceremony, we had a drinks reception and speeches in the glasshouse, before heading back up to the mansion house for the wedding breakfast as further speeches. To cap off the day, we had Ceilidh Minogue providing some obligatory cèilidh tunes for the guests to dance the night away.
