Wedding Trailer at West Tower | Natasha & James

We absolutely love what Natasha created for her wedding, as over the course of a year she was carefully planning such intricate details that you would have to take a breather to appreciate the commitment. The rustic theme flowed throughout, yet it wasn’t too contrived or pompous, it was just perfect attention to detail.

Also, we’ve never shot at West Tower before, but we have to say that we were knocked down by just how nice all the staff were at the venue.

More will be told when we create their highlights film for them, but for now here is their trailer.

Wedding Highlights at Davenport Green Hall | Audrey & Simba

We had previously met Audrey when we filmed her cousin Tendekayi’s wedding last year – you can easily spot her, she’s the one with the big hat (her words).

This day saw her sans hat but looking stunning all the same. Simba just had a big grin on his face all day and it’s easy to see why. Taking advantage of the massive green space that Davenport Green Hall has, our smiley couple decided to have a HUGE bouncy castle and a cups and saucers ride to entertain the little (and not-so-little) kids. Awesome!

The highlight of the day for us…..you can see it near the end of this clip as Simba removes his jacket, flexes his guns and goes in for the first kiss as man and wife.

Wedding Highlights at The Deanwater | Gemma & Richard

This was one wedding in which the “small world” comment came out a few times – one memorable moment was when our neighbors two doors down came to the evening reception! Anyway, before then we had a very warm day (polar opposite of today) with a couple who enjoyed a good craic. During both the church service and speeches Gemma and Richard could be seen either giggling away or laughing to avoid getting all emotional. As an aside, I have never seen a couple really get into clapping along to ‘Shine Jesus Shine’!

It is always nice to visit Prestbury (lovely place in Cheshire with rubbish mobile phone coverage) and the vicar even started to giggle along with these two during the service – certainly infectious laughter.

A last minute change in photographers brought us to work alongside Rob Berry. What a lovely guy and really weird to find out how many friends we had in common (small world and all that jazz).

With this highlights we thought it would be nice to add in a few more funnies than normal. Gotta enjoy the funnies:)

Wedding Trailer in The Cardiff Vale | Sarah & Gary

We’ve not had many opportunities to film in Wales, so when Sarah contacted us to ask if we were free to film her day we were happy to say yes. Then she told us they were having fireworks…..suddenly the kids inside us started to get giddy!

Destination Wedding Highlights in Mallorca | Vita & Neil

Many of our wedding cinematographer friends have had fun filming destination weddings this year and last. It always looked sooo cool and we couldn’t wait before a couple wanted to book us (and that we were available at the same time!).
So we were thrilled to receive an email from Vita asking if we wanted to film her wedding on the island of Mallorca……errrr, big YES.

Vita and Neil decided to get married at Son Net which has a reputation as one of the best luxury hotels on the island. We had the lovely Gypsey Westwood documenting the day, which you can see the fab results on her blog here.

There were so many ways I could have edited these highlights. We had loads of jokes, a chilled atmosphere, and good old romance. We decided to go for one which gave it an “epic” feel. What a great wedding!
